Thanks to everyone who came down to the International Twenty20 Challenge on Saturday; under clear blue skies we just about held our own against a strong Aussie XI in the first match, and were then resoundingly tonked in the second (admittedly after copious amounts of beer and steak from the rather nice BBQ :)

Special thanks to Chappers for rounding up his side, especially Mr Lindsay who had clearly, er, 'played before once or twice' and set about carting us into the bushes at every opportunity!

On our team, big thanks to all the debutantes (Chris B, Ben, Charlie, Lewis) but I think Chris Territt might take the MOTM honour for his wickets in both innings (including an excellent stumping by Jase and a miraculous C&B off his chin), a towering catch on the boundary to dismiss the aforementioned slogger two short of his fifty and for his battling 27* lower down the order in the second game, as wickets tumbled around him. Agreed, gents?
